My home purchase with Jen Singley was better than I could have imagined. After I looked at my first few properties with Jen, we sat down and had a very comfortable conversation. She spent quite a bit of time getting to know me and my needs in a property. We discussed long term needs for me as well as my disabled son. This first encounter and the time Jen spent with me built a trust for me in her. I believe that is very important so a client won't be concerned that the realtor is in it only for the money. I knew Jen had my best interests at heart from that first day. She was able to find a property for me before it even came on the market!
